• Tasks of the Month
Two new cameos this month.
The Task Cameo Content Finder has been updated to include these tasks.

• Take Away Tiles uses the 10 digits from 0 - 10 only to make a 4-digit number and two 3-digit numbers. The challenge is to make them so that when one of the 3-digit numbers is subtracted from the 4-digit number, the second 3-digit number is the answer. How many solutions are there? How do you know when you have found them all?
• Sicherman Dice are specially numbered cube dice so that the table of outcomes (sample space) for the addition of the two dice results in the same outcomes and frequencies as for normal cube dice. There is only one set of Sicherman Dice if we restrict the faces to Natural Numbers. But what happens if we allow zero, or fractions, or decimals? And are there non-cube dice with the Sicherman property?

Keep smiling,
Doug.
